  • Was given Product Responsibility for Rediff Text Ads( RediffP4C Classified)  (Hybrid of Google Ad Words and Online Classified’s ). Built launched and sold it with the first digital SME channel Sales Teams that got retail business’s online.At its Peak,  RediffP4C Listings were bigger than Sulekha and Quickr.
  • Built and managed the Ad Server and ERP for Ad Delivery.Created process’s to make sure highest Advertiser ROI in the industry ,with in house creative support  and learnings from past campaigns .This ensured stickineess and market share for
  • Took Rediff to Black for the First Time 2007 /2008 and helped close a $ 50 Million funding round

Was the Head for Domestic Business of Crest Communication and responsible for Post Production, Ad Film Production, Television content ,Language Dubbing,and Film Special Effects for domestic markets

Responsible for building full feature content, commerce, community and messaging .Staffed, built and Launched with Four Verticals Travel, Personal Finance, Music and Shopping, fifteen channels and services such as Mail, Chat, Message Boards, Radio and Build your Site Tool for Business’s Families and offered the First Full Service Shopping Mall with an integrated backend between, Vendor, Fulfillment Partner, retail customers services through a custom-made supply chain ERP. This was also reflected in an online order status for the consumer on any order. Clients not only had storefronts, but services such as virtual merchandising, order management, transaction accounting, CRM on a real-time basis. On launch had 130 Vendors with 4500 products .Was launched then as  India’s largest licensed Indian Internet Radio Station with a 1000 plus songs on Demand and in five Channels
